This raised my eyebrows because it covered every type of behavior, practice and belief. It was also humbling to see that i only practice 17 of the 25 listed habits. It is also entertaining to read this book because of its light humor.

Great sales book! Lots of really useful tips about how to be a successful professional sales person.
