What a cute book for my pre-schooler! I love the idea of a birth announcement for a 5000 lb. whale born to Mrs. O. Sean Blue. Kids are encouraged to write a birth announcement for their favorite animal at the end.
This was a cute introduction book to animal babies. It was also very interactive giving riddles, making you think what the animal could be. The riddles aren't that difficult, especially if you look at the background of the page. There were really interesting facts in this book, and I think that it would be good for a primary education classroom, not too much above though. It was really cute.
