People new into the bdsm scene or people curious about bdsm.

About the book...

This book is a m/f contemporary romance erotica with light bdsm elements. It contains scenes that deal with titles, safe-words, negotiations, trust, & aftercare.

The series...

I only read this book in the series & it worked as a stand alone.

The bad...

Some errors with grammar and PoV changes.

Certain aspects of both the story and characters were unrealistic to me.

Ian sees Susan running a speed dating event and, knowing instinctively that Susan is a natural submissive, manages to finagle his way into the event. In order to keep the numbers even, Susan has to also join the event. Ian has 3 minutes to convince Susan that she should give the lifestyle one more chance. I liked Ian in this story, but I didn't really care for Susan much for some reason. Still - it was a fun novella and a nice addition to the series.
Ian is so arrogant, I wanted him to fail. Suzan is annoying and frankly stupid.

Kim Dare pull here again one of her cliche: all ex (in this case, master) are asshole. She use that idea in almost half of her stories. The manzell-in-distress syndrome.

Kim is a thirty year old bisexual submissive from Wales (UK). First published in 2008, she has since released almost 100 BDSM erotic romance titles ranging from short stories to full length novels. Having worked with a host of fantastic e-publishers, she has just moved into self publishing.

While she has occasionally ventured towards other pairings, Kim's first love is still, and probably always wi
