Okay, I just LOVED this one. LOVED it.

Bailey, Keith, and Drake ... the inexperienced Siamese shifter, the burley human, and the smart-mouthed Mallord duck shifter. Just the concept of those three such different creatures together boggles the mind, and had me interested enough to want to read this as soon as I came across it.

Jade Buchanan loves her twinks - especially the completely innocent/uke ones - but the way she does it makes it more than most authors can passably ac More...

I'd give this a 4.5

Most of my friends are going to be shocked by this review and I'm a little shocked myself, but even though this book is about THREE guys who are mates I really liked it.

I know...gasp...right?

I think what worked for me in this story is the humor. It was a feel good story and I just adored all three characters, Keith-the human, Drake-the duck, and Bailey-the kitty. The sex was pretty hot, too, but I don't know if it was the whole "mates" More...

Okay, so it took me a minute to get over the name...cause that's just a damn hilarious title. But beyond that, Bailey, Drake, and Keith are funny, lovable, and passionate - and I enjoyed every minute of this story.

Bailey is a mild mannered Siamese (who'd have thought?), Drake is a cranky duck, and Keith is all human. I wasn't sure how Jade would handle this unlikely trio but she did a fabulous job.

Definitely one that moved to my Droid for portability and any-time reading. More...

I really liked this one. I'm still laughing - the way it's written is too funny. No, it's more than that. The whole idea of a cat shifter, a duck shifter and a human trying to create a working relationship is hilarious.

Just like the recipe for the drink "duck fart" sounds too weird to be true, these three beings seem to be too different to fit. And yet, when Keith (the human), Bailey (the cat shifter) and Drake (the duck shifter) started interacting, I could see how things More...

:bent over laughing till my balls feel like falling off: I get the whole duck fart title now and I'm not telling. Read it for yourself to find out. I really had my reserves on reading this one just because and yeah I'm ashamed to say it it's because the title was so corny. I mean come on Duck Fart? :snickering: So sue me! I now admit to being glad I read it and I had more than a few laughs while reading it. I now solemnly swear not to judge a book by it's 'title'. Since it's deceiving.

This was a very cute story. I loved it just wish it was longer. It felt like the issues with Bailey’s dad were unresolved. He threatened to send someone to get Bailey and bring him home but the story just kind of ends. If there would have been more of a resolution at the end I would have given it five stars

I can't resist a goofy title! I'd read some good reviews of this one, and it sounded like a fun read. It really was. Throw together a timid siamese shifter, a twinky duck shifter with attitude, and a big, strong human and you get a fun read. I look forward to reading more from this author.

I thought this was a fun story. It wasn't too short and it's length provided enough depth that I was satisified with the story told. I felt the main characters were interesting and I enjoyed the secondaries who had brief appearances. The beginning was set at the Del Fantasma bar - a local gathering place for preternaturals. (Note: this bar is the common setting for a group of stories written by different Aspen Mountain Press authors. The titles all refer to mixed drinks.) Duck Fart is about 3 gu More...

I enjoyed this read; it was sweet. I liked how the three men interacted and supported each other, and how they were always considerate of Bailey's feelings, never pushing but always encouraging.

This is an entertaining read with one of the strangest titles I've ever seen. Duck Fart is a drink served up at Del Fantasma, the bar at the heart of the collection of stories of the same name. In this book the drink helps bring together a shy Siamses shifter, a spitfire, and kinky, Duck shifter and the big human who'd love to have both for his own. Nicely written with likable characters, hot sex, lots of humor and just a dash of D/s made this story with the funky nam More...

3.5 stars. Good paranormal m/m romance about an innocent Siamese cat shifter who just tracked down the best friend he's had a crush on for years, only to discover that his friend is now mated to someone else. He thinks his heart is broken - so why is he leaving with that duck shifter and that human?!

I really wanted to like this story, but the writing put me off. I kept getting confused and had to reread scenes. But the storyline and characters were enjoyable.

Funny and completely adorable. I loved that in a shifter story, the human got to be the big strong one.
