The most comprehensive book on sushi I have ever found. It doesn't read like a typical cookbook. It is written in paragraphs with detailed history and explanation. I would not recommend it for someone simply looking for inspiration from pictures, but for someone serious about the food and the culture behind it, it's the only sushi book you'll ever need.
