This book is a collection of essays coming from an international conference on the topic of the Trinity. It gives a fair overview of both the history and the ideas that have surrounded the Trinity in 2000 years. It does get quite technical at times but is not ungraspable if the topic interests you. Much more accessible than a single tome on the trinity. I was fascinated to see the scope of both agreement and disagreement on such a core Christian belief.
