While I appreciated the material in this book, I found its workbook/textbook-like character somewhat off-putting. I mostly wanted to think about the various activities it suggested, not actually write them out, and quite often there was space left for you to do exactly that. Otherwise, an overall good read about how, as an introvert, I can still be memorable when it counts.
