My eldest son LOVES this cookbook--he likes the recipes followed by information, and stories that pertain. He found numerous recipes that he wanted to try, and I have been trying to get him back into cooking for awhile. At $15 on Amazon, it is well worth the incentive! Recommended, especially for those who have the grilling gene--lots of side sauces to work with as well as meat marinades, that make it more than just grilling a piece of meat.
This book is an invaluable resource for BBQ History as well as grilling and barbecuing techniques. Steve Raichlen continues to deliver top notch advice and step by step instructions with pictures that help even the newest grilling greenhorn. Mr. Raichlen uses BBQ to unite the world and teaches us that it is a universal language.
