My sister bought me a copy of "Angel Catcher" which functions as a grief workbook and provides both a place and a process for the kind of writing therapy I studied and have always tried to practice. It really is a beautiful volume and I highly recommend it for anyone dealing with intense issues of loss and grief.
This is a book I won't ever be finished with. I keep adding things to it and someday hope it will be a treasure for my girls to remember what an amazing grandma they had.
Amazing journal/scrapbook to help through loss. It becomes not only a workbook through grief, but a place to keep special memories and photos.
