Recommends it for: reluctant exercisers
OK, this wasn't great literature. But I don't think anyone reads this sort of book expecting great lit. It did what the title said: It explained very clearly what does happen to your body when you swim. Or do 3 other forms of exercise in the series: cycle, run, and one other which I can't think of at the moment. I didn't read it to find out what the book was like, I read it to convince myself that doing these exercises will actually be useful for me. I've always hated exercise but I REALLY do ne ...more
