Okay, first this cover is smoking hot! And I love the color purple, now I am lusting after the color purple. Oh and the brothers. I love being introduced to new to me authors and Ms. Alexander is new to me. Ms. Alexander took me by surprise with this paranormal. They have hope, dreams, wishes.... They have suspense, tension, mayhem.... They have hot freaking sexying in here!

When I picked up Wicked Sexy by R. G. Alexander, I was looking for something completely different. Since I was in the Kobo bookstore (which tends to NOT have the books I'm looking for), I stumbled across this book and was dragged in by the cover and all its sexiness -- I mean, seriously, how sexy is that cover?
This was a fun, quick, and very steamy read!
The main character, Callie (short for Calliope), is pretty much a plain jane, ho' hum kind of girl -- I loved that about her. It was kind of a...more

--This book in 6 words:
two souls mates made me blush
--Why did I read this? And am I glad I did?
**For Adults**
I came across this via Parajunkee’s View and was looking for a quick read with a little heat… this definitely had the heat! The cover is hot, the characters are hot, and the sex scenes will make you blush in the best way. I never expect much out of novellas as far as storyline and character development, but I was pleasantly surprised with this one.

so...it didn't have a super plot~ although I think it did have some great threads that could have made itself into a good murder, mystery novel. But I am pretty sure that wasn't the main focus of the author. Nope... this book didn't bog its reader down with too much narration, character description, settings or scene development. Just the basics here. Down to the nitty- gritty. And for me, it was a quickie, mindless distraction, that left me with a smile....and heading off to bed for the night.....more
If the point was to make me hot and bothered than

Yowzers! The cover sold me on this one - and I haven't look back since. Interesting concept combined with sexy male leads, innocent, yet feisty female heroine and a murder mystery all play out in an intriguing and nail-bitingly sexy romp.
I enjoyed this book, it was short but it created a great setting for future installments into this series. The characters were not as developed as I like - I would have liked to of gotten a little more in-depth look at them - but for a short story, the author did an extremely good job.
I love to read different authors and genres, and my first experience with this author was great. I have added this series to my must read list.

4stars – An enjoyable, personable, predictable and quick read.
Although this is part of a series, it read well as a stand-alone. This origin story had a strong foundation and could have easily been a full length book and will more than suffice as the entrance to this sexy paranormal world. There was a lot to enjoy in this novella which included suspense, murder, menage and very personable characters.

I got this one by mistake. I thought it was a different one with twin brothers. But, I read it anyway and really liked it.
I liked all the characters and the dynamic between Callie and the Abbotts. I kinda wish it was a little longer though. I thought it ended abruptly. But, since it is the first in a series, I guess I'm not too disappointed.

Wickedly good story about the Magical world of witches. Those lucky ladies get to choose 2 men as husbands!
Callie has always wanted to be a member of the Abbott family and she goes undercover into the Magical world with brothers, Tucker and Tyghe Abbott by her side to locate the magical one that is hurting witches.

I liked this book did not take long to read only about 100 pages lets just say the young woman gets want she wants. alot of sex with two brothers together meaning as in the same tme.... The book is not just about sex it was very easy to figure out and you see that early in the book.
I have it on my nook if you want to borrow it.

I've had the book for a while now, probably over a year. In that time, I've read it at least twice. You know how sometimes you read something and then go back to read again and are disappointed. That did not happen with this book. I love the plot and the brothers are just all kinds of bad - in the best ways.
A lot of potential here but many of the "plot" concepts introduced were barely actualized and the murder mystery aspect was extremely predictable. Mostly, this piece is just some really good smut with a thin guise of trying to be more than smut. Could have done without the guise. More menage action would have been nice.
"My only issue with this story is that it was too short. The sex scenes were good, there could have been more of them, though."
I suppose it's more ER than PNR, but I guess I expected that after reading Regina in the Sun. Very hot. And very short. :-)
