Hands-down the best textbook I have ever read. It was required reading for my Masters of Organization Development program, and I know I will keep it to use as my OD bible. It covers a broad range of topics in OD - from the OD change process to self-mastery to OD's role in M&As and whole system transformation. Chock-full of useful info!
