Mitch is a bronco buster with a huge hang-up, er, hard-on. He's hung like Paul Bunyan and hasn't found a filly yet who can take him all the way.

Country girl Hannah Hunt's one-track mind is wrapped around pro bull rider Mitch Winston and his massive love muscle. And that's not all she'd like to wrap around him. Last year's plan to get close to him was a total-though hot n'

I read this title and burst out laughing. But I wanted to read something within 30 minutes, and this fit the bill. The 'Dallas' part (I'm from Dallas) and the 'Phallus' part (don't have a phallus, though) were also pretty intriguing. Honestly, with a title and storyline like this, its hard to make it good. But the strange thing it, it was not bad. Not memorable, except for the title. The title refers to the hero's glow-in-the-dark tattoo, which even he was rightfully embarrassed about.

This is not a serious story - rather, a pun on erotic fiction that oftentimes feels like a dirty limerick. The set up is great - Mitch is the Phallus from Dallas, complete with a glow in the dark tattoo prominitely labeling the namesake. And on the prowl for the Phallus is Hannah Hunt from Houston, hoping to hustle a hot one. The story turns into a rodeo from there. You get the picture.

Her writing may be comedic or scary, depending on her mood… or it may sway toward a Regency or even a western… whatever tickles her fancy at the time. Ciarra’s writing philosophy is: “Not to fall into a rut. Keep the reader and yo
