This was a good beginner book on homeopathics I thought. I think it is interesting how much homeopaths want to know about the individual person in finding a remedy instead of just classifying and grouping the symptoms. I would be interested in trying them. I have externally used arnica cream on bruises and calandula on cuts and thought they worked really well.
