The entire book takes place in one room over the course of one night.. and not a single second of it was wasted. Well where should I start ….. I finished reading Board Resolution and the wonder that someone could write such a combination of a nebulous teenage wet dream and the fantasies of every inadequate woman hater was overwhelming.

Anyone wanting to experience a well-written erotic BDSM romance.
BOARD RESOLUTION jumps straight from the frying pan into the fire. Once I started reading, there was no stopping. Fabulous! The five men that make up the management team of Kensington & Associates have a professional history with Savannah. I liked that Ms. Hill began each of Savannah's scenes with the minor players (four in all) with a bit of back story. Wow! This book took some getting used to.... I love romantic erotica, but I was definitely not expecting the events that happened in this book. I keep saying this, but I wish there were half stars because I would have given this book a 4.5. I think this is a buyer/reader beware book. Personally, this is straight up my alley. I read a couple of reviews from women who are horrified and feel this is a book of rape and degradation (sic?). Well it certain was a book filled with non consensual acts. Oh boy were they hot and steaming. There's something a Joey Hill's writing I love. This is the second book I've read from her in as many days...but there's something missing for me too.
And it feels a little bi-polar.
There are times when everything is going along as you want it, and you're right there with the characters, emotionally involved, rooting for them.
Then, without warning, it delves into the very extreme, perhaps a bit fantastical, and not altogether satisfying.

If it had not been free I would have NEVER read it. Books with any BDSM theme are normally a BIG turn off for me, no matter how lightly they delve into that world. I got this as a free read and frankly I don't know what I feel after reading it. Huh seems appropriate.
I am definitely confused by Matt's methods of proclaiming his love for Savannah. Seems he went way over the top and literally kept Savannah up in the air and definitely on the sexual edge. Wow what a crazy contraption they rigged up to sexually arouse and/or torment the girl not to mention all the time and effort to set the scene.
I can't deny that she was the beneficiary of a lot of male loving...more

I finished Board Resolution, and can't say I enjoyed it. I looked at this as BDSM-fantasy, not like sci-fi/fantasy, but daydream fantasy. No problem there. The premise isn't anything possible in a million years, but still potentially entertaining. Or even when the situation was happening with the other men (because some of it was really hot) I would have like to have more internal commentary from Matt's point of view. How he was struggling not to stop the situation and how he felt for her. Ultimately I wanted this to be only about Savannah and Matt.
