retton power!

this is a book written by a spunky gymnast about a character named mr bump (wow) in which she ends up lying to her fans because at the end of the day, everyone is decidedly not special, and many people lead sad and desperate lives and not all of us can win a friggin' gold medal so stop telling us we can. all right? most of us will die unremembered. put that in your cap and smoke it.

mr. bump.
