This is easily one of the most useless books i've ever read, written by a pompous author whose only claim to expertise is being in gen-y. He writes that Gen Y does enough research to "make Thomas Edison blush" and fills a book with unsupported claims and random opinions. Most nauseatingly, somebody has told this misguided soul he has the gift of comedy. Not worth the paper it's printed on.
