This book had some great tips on being more effective at work, focusing on the 'Do it now' principle. It is a very practical book, and I've already benefited from some of the strategies, particularly in not reading emails until I have time to fully deal with them. My inbox has gone from 300 to 6 emails. I found most of what I needed in the first few chapters of the book, as the remaining chapters were fairly repetitive.
