This was a very sweet, adorable contemporary romance. I loved the premise and found myself wrapped up in it right from the beginning. Gwyn and Gareth were both wonderful characters. I loved that the underlying theme was the fairy tale romance; single mother of three attracts the attention of a movie star, even though she doesn't believe in happily ever afters.

Gwyn Jones has her life all mapped out. She’s divorced, has three children and her own business. She’s decided that there will be no other man in her life since her ex-husband walked out on her and the children years ago. However, one night at the theater with some run away pencils and a stranger next her to, she meets the prince who has come to rescue her. But Gwyn doesn’t want to be rescued.

Gareth Connor is hiding. Hiding from the press, from his fans and waiting to meet someone he lost year...more

I usually only ever pick classic romances like this when I'm really drawn to them. Hence the great rating. I knew it was going to be great before I read it -- blurb and cover attracted me, and after reading an excerpt that drew me in, I just had to read the rest. I knew I'd love it. I wasn't wrong. I love a story that touches the heart, and this did just that. Beautifully written, wonderful characters that I just fell in love with, and overall probably one of the best cont romances I've read sin...more
I sat down to read this, having read a review on it, and couldn't put it down. I just loved the characters and really enjoyed the voice of the author. Can't wait to read more for her. What a treat this was.
