This novel was better than the first, IMO. What was so frustrating in the first novel was that Fujishima's motives for hiding Tohru's past were not revealed but you get a sense that something bad lurks behind Tohru's accident.

This one was definitely different then the first one. This is the continuations of Cold Sleep. In this yaoi novel we find out how Fujishima knows Takahisa and the past. Also about the accident and their lives before the accident, and how is their relationship is now.

I feel like I'm reading the wrong book.
Everyone says this is Narise Konohara best series and in no way I find it true. It is not nearly as painful or interesting or well written as hako no naka, or even utsukushii... Maybe it has something to do with the translation? (Since I read hako no naka and utsukushii on nostalgia at 9th avenue and this is a totally different translator. )
Anyway, I feel robbed.
