This is the kind of book you read sporadically, a chapter or so at a time. I had mixed feelings about it - on one hand, it was a bit repetitious and wordy, and really, it's largely a book about common sense, meaning many of the points it makes are already well-digested, but on the other hand, some chapters really connected with me, and almost every chapter has a couple of sentences that made me say, "I hadn't thought of it that way. Interesting."

Contains many great quotes and some good pointers
I've been reading this as a devotional for the past couple of months. My good friend Bev gave this book to me for Christmas.

Excellent ideas on how to live a full life - to find purpose and meaning in your life.

The author lists 15 character traits that are a result of the choices we make. They are all based in the scriptures. We live by choice, not by chance.

So many wonderful things to ponder. I think I will keep this book by my bedside to re-read and to go back to time and again.
