Part activity book, part writing guide, I was not sure where to classify this book. I decided to park it on my poetry shelf, so that I could find it again!

Middle grade readers will love this humorous book filled with word games, art projects, and writing exercises that celebrate word play, writing, and reading. Spare line drawings and white space encourage children to color, draw and cut-up the book (buy two copies if you would like to keep one intact!) My favorite page contains a picture of "S
