Well, Mrs. Bolton has DONE it again! Lawrence and Minerva are very ENTERTAINING throughout this romantic mystery. I laughed, I cried and I sighed! And good ol' MEDDLING Aunt Sophie didn't miss the party after all! I can hardly wait to see what Mrs. Bolton has in store for Patrick. I am definitely lovin' these Hightower men and their circle of family and friends!
Another great read…Lawrence found his match in Minerva and that Aunt Sophie and all her intrusive and spiteful ways just makes you want to reach into the pages of the book and slap her. However when you discover her secret, it helps to understand why she is such a lonely and bitter woman. Enjoyed the Hightower series
I actually read this one a couple of years ago in paperback, but then I got my NookTablet and got the rest of the series on that, so I decided to rebuy this one and get it in ebook, 2nd time reading it was just as good as reading it for the first time.
