Soooo....picked up this book after finishing "Smashcut", which I adored. I figured, if she does mystery really well, the romance should be just as good, right? Um, wrong.

akhirnya tadi lanjut lagi, dan Demon Rumm ini not bad at all. Malah agak seru mengingat ceritanya yang dirangkum dengan baik banget.

My library has a HUGE collection of downloadable audiobooks. Unfortunately, all the fiction is divided into only five categories, so selecting a book is a bit of a chore. I should have known this was old Sandra Brown republished. The story which was promising became uncomfortable to listen to when the male lead kept pushing himself on the mentally wounded female lead. It seems insufficient to just say I didn't "get" this one, but I didn't. The setup - book into movie brings actor and writer together - didn't quite work for me. Further, I realize this was an early 80's romance, but I lived in the 80's. And I certainly do not remember a point in my lifetime when men were viewed as attractive wearing cut-off, midriff showing tank tops and cut-off jean shorts. Ewww.

Audiobook. Not a huge fan of Sandra Brown and this book didn't change my opinion. First of all, who says indubitably to their honey when they're getting all romantic? And the descriptions of items - ugh! His shoes looked like 2 ship wrecked boats. What?! The author fills the book with these inane descriptions. Almost half of the book seemed to official written and the characters weren't very interesting. There
were parts of the book which were really funny and entertaining, but i think the book just wasn't my type of book.
It wasn't bad, the end was good, just not my type of good.

This one was just ok. I liked Kirsten, Ryland was ok, he was a little high handed and full of himself at the beginning and I wasn't sure if I believed that he basically fell in love with her at first sight. I did like the parallel story lines with Demon and was ok with the ending, but the romance felt very rushed to me.

It's probably a good thing I read it in Russian, because the English version would have been unbearable. I like to read from context mostly because I'm too lazy to look up every word I don't know (which is a lot), and so I tend to make up my own version and gloss over the silly details.

Awalnya sempet binun sama perubahan sikap Kirsten yang tiba-tiba... tapi penjelasan akhirnya baru ngasi tau kalo ternyata ada sesuatu yang disembunyikan supaya aib mantan suami gak diketahui orang banyak buat jadi konsumsi publik...

Audio Book. This is the kind of book Lea likes and it is pure porno. I have never read anything like this. The whole plot was how are they going to have sex. And the lines and description and inuendos were just laughable.

Very steamy, a fun read to heat up the cold days of January. Rylan North, a very famous movie actor is filming a movie about a stunt pilot that was killed in a fiery crash. To study up on the role, he gets to knkow the late pilot's wife.
