"Mine," Three whispered. "You're mine."...
"Mine," he repeated,...

with that word I'm a goner...*sigh*:)

Cute, light, fun, and sexy x10(I mean it, its sex overload!;])
I had so much fun reading this! Love Three and Lucy, they're lovable characters...I Love Lucy, she might be talkative but she makes me laugh with her silliness even during sex and the way she talked to the plants was so cute and endearing. When she told Hyll about 'what is love' was truly heartfelt:D I adore Three...more

When Lucy wakes up one morning to see a spaceship on her back lawn, she doesn't believe her eyes. Especially when she rushed outside to find it no longer there. But the damage to her back lawn remains. As she surveys her destroyed yard, she runs into something hard, and round, and invisible. A spaceship. And when a gorgeous alien exits the ship, her first reaction is to pitch the head of a broken statue at him.

Three had finished his mission to Earth, collecting plant species to study back on the...more

After reading, and loving Elsborg's Power of Love I had to see what else she had out there. I found Lucy in the Sky and the blurb seemed right up my ally. Unfortunately, I was a bit let down. There wasn't enough background information about the alien culture that Lucy was introduced to, and Three's character seemed underdeveloped. The ramblings of Lucy were hilarious and the sex scenes were pretty darn hot, but I was expecting more. If you're looking for a book to make you giggle and get...more

I thought this book was great the humour made laugh and smile. I like the whole story set up which is different from other alien abduction romance/erotica, Lucy was quirky, funny and I instantly liked her, Three was great strong, protective, possessive and gentle (I can imagine him as a hunky James bond type)... Does contain anti-gravity sex (sounds like fun lol), m/f, m/m, m/m/f, voyeurism, mild BDSM and anal sex... Some of which I did not anticipate and not all hero and heroine.

Best BE book for me!
Ever the outlier.....i found this book the best of Barbra Elsborg's books. I love Sci-fi erotica.....this one is the example by which i compare all others. Its a funny story, people......BE skillfully manages to hot up space, make it a little silly and emo and throw in some thrill ride bits all without losing the point of the story and that is Lucy. she's adorable and one of the best heroine's I have ever come across.....there's a wodehouse feel to all of BE's books that are...more

Zimpra shit, I loved this one. I don't know why the rating is so low it's definitely a 4 star at least. This author is my new fave..

This Science Fiction Romance blends fun, zany humor, steamy love scenes and nail-biting suspense in an imaginative, can't-put-it-down package.

Lucy's antics often made me laugh out loud and Three was a compelling, charismatic (and sexy--did I mentioned sexy?) hero. There was even a secondary romance with a surprising twist.

I don't want to give away the many surprises in this story, but it is hands down one of the very best of its subgenre that I've read!

I like Lucy and the witty banter between the characters. Miss Elsborg writes a fun, enjoyable story about an alien abduction. It also has the same theme all her books have, that is "There is no hope for us and we will die tomorrow so lets just have sex to bring on the memories". Anyway, the heading for each chapter is interesting and it summarizes most of what happen in that chapter.

Sci-fi romances are my guilty pleasure and this was a pleasure for me, a fun read.

Barbara Elsborg lives in West Yorkshire in the north of England. She always wanted to be a spy, but having confessed to everyone without them even resorting to torture, she decided it was not for her. Vulcanology scorched her feet. A morbid fear of sharks put paid to marine biology. So instead, she spent several years successfully selling cyanide.
