A little too much angst - it just got to be more dramatic than it needed. While the sexual tension was good and the characters well drawn the whole dirty girl thing just felt a bit exaggerated. I did love the guy though. I thought he handled things very well. He was quite perfect for her. I did like her o.k. but I thought she ought to have gotten over things quicker perhaps. The sex, as always with this author, is red hot.
honestly, it had it's sexy/hot parts...mostly it was just a bunch of nothing interesting. Basically, it's about the female leads old emotional wound coming back to haunt her that just so happens to involve her business partner who also happens to be in love with her. You deal with all that drama and I sorta feel...disappointed.
Evangeline Anderson is a registered MRI tech who would rather be writing. And yes, she is nerdy enough to have a bumper sticker that says “I’d rather be writing.” Honk if you see her!
