I read this in the book store with Natalie one day. We have the book and cd of niursry ryhmes that looks very simular. This book has favorite songs simply, but brightly illustrated. From what I recall, the song selection was good. This makes a good book for parents who don't remember many songs or for children just old enough to want to "read" as they sing the words. The cd also allows the child some independence, however, if like the cd with the other book, the work isn't top notch.

I like to listen to the CD and read the words. But I also like to sing the songs into a microphone.
