William Moss refers to his book as an essay. It is only 28 pages long with writing on only the right hand page, but do not let the short length deceive you; it is filled with depth and meaning. There is beauty in simplicity that can be very hard to find these days. This was a curious little book with about a paragraph or less on every other page. The message is like a discussion in hearing one man's thoughts on the current world status and finding peace through the scriptures and applying it to your thoughts. It's interesting and might be useful to some.

I learned that Christian meditation can be different from other forms of meditation where you empty the mind. In Christian meditation you fill your mind with scripture.
