This isn't really a book you read, but after I had Caleb I knew I wanted something where I could track my workouts, measurements, and progress. After shopping around, I decided to go for this spiralbound journal which has a spacious page for each day of working out. While the page is actually labeled with lines for about 20 different kinds of exercises and up to 8 sets with boxes for reps and weight, this is in grayscale so in my opinion, you can use it for anything.
