Most delicious on every page. Seriously, I have yet to find a bad recipe - or even a mediocre one in this book.

Follow the directions carefully - if they say drizzle - DRIZZLE. If they say Ice Water - USE ice water.

It is one of my favorite cookbooks ever - it has the best classics. Best Apple Pie, Best Chocolate Cake, Best Creme Brule.

Do it do it.

I've tried several recipes from this book and enjoyed them all. But the vanilla cheesecake recipe alone is worth the price of this book. It's a great reference addition to any baker's cookbook library.

This series is very well produced and the recipes do tend to work out--just not especially imainative

Just looking. Moving along. Returning to the library before any damage can be done.

...but I think I love every recipe in this stupid book!

This cookbook has the flourless chocolate torte recipe that I've made for dinner parties. Always a hit! Great creme broulee recipe as well.
