"Cheerfully Lost" is a journey through the everyday: its challenges, surprises and insights. It is a book about nothing--and everything. These are poems that explore where we spend our days, and suggest that there may be more there than meets the eye.

I love the poet's use of alliteration and the lilting sound the poetry makes in my mind as I read it. These poems are like a series of domestic scenes made sacred and beautiful in the framing. My favorite poem in the collection is "Loss."
