Since the day they met, Owen’s restraint has been an exciting foil to Caleb’s unruly lack of discipline. Now established lovers, they can’t deny how welcome that balance is in their lives. This short takes the idea of two guys having phone sex and then moves up to the next level as one of the guys is on a very public train. Owen is on his way home from work feeling very pissed off. Due to bad weather all the fast commuter trains are cancelled so he's stuck on a slow train home. He calls his partner, Caleb, to let him know he's going to be late to find that Caleb is stuck in traffic. Caleb is bored and horny, so decides to liven up Owen's journey by talking dirty to him down the ph ...more

I enjoyed this quick, sexy read. This is another well written and entertaining story by Clare London and will appeal to readers of contemporary M/M romance as well as her fans.

A 3.5 day.

This is a steamy little short about two guys who are opposites. They are trying to get home from work to head out to a friend's birthday and due to rain uptight straight laced Owen is stuck on a near empty train and go with the flow risk-taker Caleb is in his car. Caleb starts to goad Owen into pushing the limits with some steamy phone sex in public. Very fun story about pushing limits and sexy too as you get to know the two men by who they react to the situation. A great read.

Clare does an excellent job of giving us a lot of content in not too many pages. Caleb and Owen are already a couple. We get glimpses of their past as Owen rides home on the train and Caleb drives home from work. The story is one long scene, but as they act they remember, so you get to learn about their personalities, and how they met and what's going on now for them. All while they are having phone sex. Clare's a genius!

Short and interesting, though I wouldn't say completely engaging. There are two many breaks between the 'phone sex,' too much going back and exploring a relationship in its beginning, too much explaining of the characters to really enjoy what the story itself was supposed to be about.

Have to say the ending was cute, though. I'd have LOVED to be a fly on the wall when Owen got home!!
This was a pretty good read with great character insight for such a short story. It's about a couple having phone sex (while on public transportation!). It contained lots of sexiness.

Smokin' hot m/m romance about a couple talking to each other on the phone, one from his parked car, the other from the train...

Quick little sexy read. Hot. Fine for its length. Just a little choppy, but enjoyable. I rate in comparison to other stories of the same length.

Clare took the pen name London from the city where she lives, loves, and writes. A lone, brave female in a frenetic, testosterone-fuelled family home, she juggles her writing with her other day job as an accountant. She’s written in many genres and across many settings, with award-winning novels and short stories published both online and in print. She says she likes variety in her writing while f ...more
