Setsuna, Uriel, and the rebel angels, Michael and Raphael, must get to Etenamenki to see Adam Kadamon, *before* Rosiel and his minions! If anyone other than Setsuna and his group were to open the door to the highest level of Heaven where Adam Kadamon and God is said to reside, their intentions would only be to destroy and conquer. Ich habe diesen Band wieder nicht aus der Hand legen können. Das, was Kaori Yuki mit Angel Sanctuary geschaffen hat ist so unglaublich gewaltig und gefühlvoll, dass man gar nicht fassen kann, dass dies alles aus der Feder eines Menschen kommt.

Seit die Geschichte im Himmel spielt folgt ein Highlight das nächste und endlich kommt ganz viel Luzifer darin vor. Aber auch Setsuna wird immer mehr zum Messias und ach, alles ist so unglaublich schön, emotional, stimmig, brutal, mitreißend, philosophisch

Very creepy stuff with Sandalphon and Sara. Setsuna steps up to the plate to deal with Lucifer and manages to get some his Super Duper Angel Skillz back (which was pretty predictable--massive injuries don't seem to permanently affect people in this manga). Rosiel continues to be a manipulative jerk. I'd like to say that I can see the story working toward a conclusion, but basically there's still a mess of things going on. Kaori Yuki (see also 由貴 香織里) is a female Japanese manga artist best known for her gothic manga such as Earl Cain, its sequel Godchild, and Angel Sanctuary. Yuki debuted in 1987 with Natsufuku no Erii (夏服のエリー) which ran in the manga anthology Bessatsu Hana to Yume published by Hakusensha.
