This book is a must read. I picked up the book to read and did not put it down until I had completed reading it at one go, so fascinated was I by the accounts written in it. I know for a fact that these are real life incidents of real life people and to that extent is a ray of hope of all of us who long for good things to happen to us . Read the book and let it make a difference to your life too!
It is a must read for all the people who are intrigued by the subject of yog..I used to think that yoga is some form of exercise that helps you get back in shape and after reading this book I have realized it definately has more to it...The actual proof in form of medical certificates etc. add to the authenticity of the same and one realises that this is happening for real..The language is simple and easy to relate to.
