I would consider this a must have for anyone who is in school administration. As a reading coach, it was interesting, but most of it doesn't apply to what I do. However, I have already lent it to one of my principals as a must read. Inside are descriptions of behaviors typical of each type of difficult teacher, also a detailed explanation of how to handle them.
