This book is about a girl whose mother lost her job so she can't get her new bike her mother promised her. So, she puts up a sign called kid power and earn money by herself and work all day. She becomes very busy finding money that her friend, Lisa, may never be friends with her again!

Read in October, 2008
Ha ha ha. I liked this book when I was a kid (can't remember what age). On a whim I picked it up at the library. We'll see how well it withstands the test of time.

- final verdict: Pretty good read.
