The New Mayo Clinic Cookbook has been a great resource over the last several years for my husband and me, as we have tried to eat real, home-cooked meals rather than the high-fat, sodium-laden foods we used to rely on for nearly every meal. This is a book for the coffee table, not the kitchen. It has BEAUTIFUL photos, but each photo is a full page with the recipe on the facing page. I love this!

I wish they gave more menus, but it's simple and beautifully illustrated and lots of great health info.

Beautiful pictures and delicious recipes. This is an expensive hardback cookbook, but the "new food pyramid" information and recipes are all excellent. A definite keeper.

A lot of very different food... Nothing that really appealed to me but it was a lot of salads. I haven't actually tried anything in it yet, so I can't say that I know I don't like it.
