I really liked Jo's no-nonsense style of writing that split the message into manageable chunks with relevant stories thrown in for illustration.

I disliked how he was constantly ramming down your throat how bloody brilliant he obviously was and how he'd done more than you ever will because you're the moron that bought the book.

Lots of very good ideas, all I need do is to put them in to practice. I have taken loads of notes and I hope to develop a training course based on the information in the book.
