I normally avoid the "idiot's guide" books, but this was a helpful review of childhood nutrition requirements, birth-age 13. It is important that all parents, plant based or otherwise, be aware of the dietary needs of their rapidly growing children. This is an excellent resource.
Good and helpful easy read covering some of the basics of raising your kids vegan, touching on many topics but not extensive on any of those elements. Good introduction, I suppose, but I guess I was hoping for more.
i loved that they had a sample meal plan and great subsituting foods
