I bought a handful of these Pinky Dinky Doo books for my classroom to put on our bookshelves... but this is the first time I've read any of them. It was really cute! The illustrations are a fun mix of drawings and real life things. But what I loved most (are you surprised?) is the great vocabulary! This book introduced the word "apprehensive" and then did a good job of using it in different situations after defining it so the reader can really start to understand the word.
