Overall a pretty steamy read, despite some overkill and weak parts of the story.
This is the second book to the series, although it doesn't say so on the cover. I hadn't realized it was a series, so I read the book out of sequence.

It's tough for me to like a book when the hero is such an over the top jackass Alpha dog. There were times in this book I was thoroughly disgusted with the hero. So I can't really give this book anything better than 3-stars and I think even that is being generous.

I enjoyed the suspense aspect of this, along with the usual sexy romance. I liked detailed history of Dawg & Crista's lives, both separately and together -- and the continuing story of the 3 cousins' relationships, current and past.

After having read the first Nauti Boys, I have to admit, I wasn't expecting much out of the next one. However, I definitely enjoyed this Nauti story better than the first one. The plot is more realistic and I found the romance between Dawg and Crista to be much more passionate. There seemed to be more passionate restraint/patience in the lovemaking. The very end, I guess you could call it an Epilogue, makes me anticipate the final Nauti story very much. I can't wait to read what kind of trouble
