Amazing

Anyone who has run distance races in track will truly appreciate this book. It will bring you back to thoughts and memories long forgotten.

Detailed accounts of what goes into training & racing.....
Excellent account of all characters in book......able to relate to many in my own life.
Enjoyed the description of each competition....
