Gavin Breeden
Standard conservative "vanilla" (not an insult) Reformed commentaries. I haven't read every page, but have used each book in preparation for papers, sermons, and lessons. Sometimes Henriksen and Kistemaker go off into some rabbit trails, but mostly this is a very helpful, standard Reformed NT commentary set. A great first set for a seminarian/young pastor.
