I used to write custom erotica, a few years ago. It was an interesting challenge, having a tight deadline and word coun to contend with. The deal was that we could re-use custom work so long as we changed it to protect the identity of the buyer. I've done several stories where I've started from one of those custom jobs, and then developped the work in its own way.
