Didn't need to read this book to find out the answer to the title's question. Jones was fired by St. Mary's (at ND) for being too outspoken about his pro-life views. He then started a magazine and has made a career out of blowing the whistle on ND and other wayward Catholic colleges. This book is a series of articles from his magazine with an added chapter about the Obama debacle. It gives you all the gory details about ND's fall from the Church.
