I read through this book today to get an overview. I re-read it for internalization. And now I go back to the beginning and start putting the ideas into action.

If you are spinning at the thought of promoting your book, Jo-Anne's book will plant your feet on the ground and point you in the right direction.

My only suggestion for change when she does a new edition: the title. This book does not only apply to writers. It applies to everyone with a product to market. More...

After sampling the first 20% free on Smashwords, all I learned is that this book got lots praise and has an index, and some general motivational quotes.
Combined with the (IMO) rather creepy cover I can't see this book as anything but a fad to help no-one except the author, so I'm not going to shill out more money for it.

Worked with this book more than just read it. Took a while for me to finish as so many other things got in the way. However, this book has lots of material to help you promote a book you have out there. I'd recommend it highly for the information and the many links provided. I plan to keep it handy on my computer to reference when working on the promotion end of things.
