Although this was well written, I don't think the story itself was that believable. This was an easy to read story for anyone looking for a quick read.

Secret Agents
Book 1

When this book started out with a dead body in the shower, and the church secretary in a motel room with her minister, I knew this was going to be a good book. Sharing a kiss in the shower, jumping out of a plane together, and dodging bullets all added to the great suspense. Everything was innocent on the part of the minister and his secretary, amazingly.

The author did a great job in keeping my interest. I never knew what was going to happen next. Though some stuff was a bit u

Devon Malone is a handsome, quiet, reserved minister. He is afraid to give his heart away, after all, he has seen horrible things in his past and he has been apart of them. He is a retired Christian secret agent and someone is out to get him.

This story was a little slow and disjointed in the beginning and I struggled a bit for the first quarter of the book, but then it definitely got better and more intriguing.

The main female character got on my nerves in the beginning and the storyline of a secret Christian spy agency was a tad far-fetched. That said, I still enjoyed this book and was pleasantly surprised with some of the plot developments that I didn't see coming.

It's definitely an easy read, but also enjoyable and overall well-wr

secret agent ~ minister

humm ...

seems like an unlikely combination, WHICH ...

makes should then make it a bit interesting, no?!

we shall see ...

ok, we saw!

the book was good, i'll admit. had some great hold-your-breath suspense, w/ lots of adventure. but ...

for some reason, i just kept finding it hard to get around the whole concept of "CHAIM", and a minister being an ex-Christian-secret agent! hence, only 4 stars versus 5

I love this stroy of romance, mayhem, mystery, drama, and adventure. Lenora did an excellent job by adding suspense and action into her Christian Fiction Romance novel. It shows us that Christian stories doesn't have to be just surrounding the church.

Completely unbelievable premise. My mom really likes these love inspired suspense books, and I thought this one had a fun title, so I tried it.
