I'm not sure who recommended Haig to me, but I've been reading and enjoying his books from the beginning. Everyone I've shared them with has enjoyed them [both guys and gals:]. Sean Drummond is a great character and the books are hard to put down. I'm always sorry when I finish one that there is not another to pick up.

This is my new favorite author. I like to read books in the order the author writes them, and we finally got all the books in this series. I got nothing accomplished the week I read Haig's series. I LOVED them. The first 130 pages of this book I was laughing hysterically. Highly recommend anything by him.

My husband convinced me to read this book. Usually I'm not into military fiction, but this was really good and the main character has a smart-ass personality, which I really like. Can't wait for hubby to finish the next book in the series so I can read it.

I thought this was very impressive, especially for a first novel. Haig does a great job with the characters and the plot. It was entertaining throughout. I've already picked up a copy of his second novel. Can't wait to read it.

I love Brian Haig's protagonist Sean Drummond and the way he carries two opposite lines of thought all the time (what he thinks versus what he says). Such a charming and yet cranky guy.

Loving it, so far. Very funny, very paranoid, and everything you'd want in a spy//military/CIA/mystery/take-your-pick kind of novel.
