Brian
This was a book I bought when I was a teenager in the early 1980's. It is a detailed howto workbook along the lines of the Anarchist Cookbook. It describes how to conduct espionage activities -- tap phones, make tracer bugs, build your own lockpicking tools, etc.

It would be terribly outdated by now. All the info on phone tapping would be obsolete I think.

It seemed so interesting and subversive when I bought it in my youth :-)
