Every time I go to Boston's Museum of Fine Arts I discover more treasures. This is the new Art of the English Regency Era gallery complete with a glorious tented ceiling that I viewed for the first time today.



Horace Wood Brock is an economist. The type of economist who gets invited to Davos. He not only collected art (and recently donated this roomful of his glorious treasures to MFA) but he also developed a theory of what makes art beautiful and/or valuable, which I gather is partly quantitativ
